My friend Katie Darcy started this charitable organization in Summit to support local restaurants, the ER and ICU staff at Overlook Hospital. It would be helpful to have a strap for this class. I used a dog leash. Be creative...a jump rope, the tye to your bathrobe, a belt or a towel will work just fine.
