Calm: Practice at Home with Jenny Hoffman

I am missing my yoga community and thinking of all of you. Wishing everyone health and well being during a very uncertain time. I know one thing for sure. Yoga and meditation has the ability to cultivate equanimity (mental calmness, composure, evenness of temper especially in difficult situations). I have uploaded a yoga class on YouTube so you can practice at home with me.
